Are your products gluten free?
Yes. All products produced after January 1st, 2013 are considered gluten free. If your batch code is dated before this time, we cannot guarantee the gluten free status of the product.
Does Camille Beckman test on animals?
We never have, and never will, use animals in our product testing process.

What ingredients do you use and avoid?
All Camille Beckman are paraben and phthalate free. Ingredients are an important part of the Camille Beckman experience. We purchase all ingredients through credible sources, ensuring ultimate control over quality and origin. We go the extra mile to ensure the glycerin we use, our favorite ingredient, is certified vegetable derived and kosher. The cocoa butter used in our lip balms is only of fair trade origin. All oils, extracts and proprietary blends used are always derived from the highest quality of sources. Can I return my Camille Beckman purchase?
We want you to LOVE being a part of Camille Beckman. We guarantee the quality of all products for 12 months from the invoice date.
Error claims should be made within five business days of receiving shipment.
Unopened merchandise still in the shrink wrap may be returned, and we will happily comp any product that arrives in a reasonably defective state due to our error.
All merchandise returned or refused is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, call tag and shipping charges. Returns must be approved by Camille Beckman in advance.
