Error claims should be made within five business days of receiving shipment. Unopened merchandise still in the shrink wrap may be returned, and we will happily comp any product that arrives in a reasonably defective state due to our error. All merchandise returned or refused is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, call tag and shipping charges. Returns must be approved by Camille Beckman in advance.
